Anniversary Edition Ultra Replicas On The Way
Ultraman and Ultraman Tiga‘s transformation items are seeing a limited release later this year.
2016 is a big year for the Ultra Series. Not only is it the 50th anniversary of the series as a whole and its original entries, Ultra Q and Ultraman, it is also the 20th anniversary of the first Heisei Ultra, Ultraman Tiga. Both Ultramen are making a special appearence in the Ultraman X movie later this month.
To celebrate, the transformation devices of the titular Ultras are each seeing a limited release from Premium Bandai this July.
Ultraman’s Beta Capsule and Tiga’s Spark lens are seeing a limited run of 3,000 items each. They will both retail for 7,800 yen. Order the Beta Capsule here, and the Spark Lens here.
