Takaharu informs the others that the title of Last Ninja is only obtained by defeating the previous holder and stealing their Nintality. The rest, just like Takaharu, are not capable of harming their grandfather. Then, Kibaoni Kyuemon Shingetsu appears, defeats Yoshitaka, and claims the title of Last Ninja for himself. The Ninningers try confronting him but now that Kyuemon has mastered the Shuriken Ninpo as well, they have their powers sealed.
The following day, a recovered Yoshitaka heads to Kibaoni Castle to settle the score once and for all, quickly followed by the Ninningers. Tsumuji is with them too and he has found something.
