“Godzilla: Final Wars” and “Lupin III” Director, Ryuhei Kitamaru, Coming to Comikaze Expo 2015

The director of Godzilla: Final Wars and Lupin III will visit the LA convention next week.

On Saturday, October 31st, Ryuhei Kitamura will be the subject of a Spotlight panel at Stan Lee’s Comikaze Expo. Eleven years ago, Kitamura’s Godzilla: Final Wars was the last entry in the iconic kaiju franchise, which has seen a revival recently. His latest film is a live-action adaptation of the immensely popular Lupin III manga.

The panel will be hosted by Jessica Tseang and Chris Eaton of The Kaiju Kingdom Podcast. Eaton was a special guest on our Summer Convention Recap podcast, which you can listen to here.

He and Tseang will host an audience Q&A session with Kitamura after the panel. The panel begins at 5:00pm.

That Friday, Comikaze attendees can also see Chris Eaton, Mark Jaramillo, and TokuNet Editor-in-Chief, Paula Gaetos in the “Not Quite Marvel” panel discussion.
