Tsuburaya YouTube Channel to Stream Ultraman X in Japan

The Tsuburaya YouTube channel will likely provide “in-case-you-missed-it” streaming of weekly episodes of Ultraman X.

On July 14th, Ultraman X debuted as a part of Shin Ultraman Retsuden. Due to its popularity, the Tsuburaya YouTube channel will start streaming the first episode on July 17th at 6PM JST. It is not confirmed as of yet but what is likely to happen is that, as currently practiced with some Japanese TV programming, only the most recently episode of a series will be uploaded at any time. Which means that episode 1 of Ultraman X could possibly be taken down as soon as episode 2 is uploaded.

As of this posting, there is no word as to whether the show will be subtitled or region-locked on the YouTube channel. This week saw the simulcasting of the first episode of Ultraman X on Crunchyroll for countries outside of Asia.

Ultraman X airs on Tuesdays in Japan as well as on Crunchyroll.
