Judge Roidmude was none other than Lieutenant Sakota’s trusted senior, Tachibana, who says it was in order to lure out the real “Judge” from 5 years ago. Sakota decidedly tells him he is wrong. However, Shinnosuke sees an unmovable resolution in Tachibana. What could this be?
Meanwhile, just as Tachibana intended, the true “Judge”, who had Okashima take his place and perish, has arisen again. Who is the “Judge”?
