Ultraman Education App Announced

Tsuburaya Productions has announced a new app aimed at children with the purpose of having fun while studying. The app, called “Ultraman Education”, features Ultraman as well as many monster characters.

The app, aimed at 4 to 6 year olds, has minigames such as painting clay models of various cutely deformed characters. The player is given 3 colours (red, blue and yellow) and must create new colours to paint the characters using their finger.

The app is now available in the iTunes Store for the iPhone for free. An iPad version is currently in development.

Another app, focusing on learning Hiragana and katakana for 200 and 100 yen respectively, was released last month.
