Aruto (Fumia Takahashi) and Izu (Noa Tsurushima) are on a guided bus tour of Daybreak Town together with a group of middle schoolers. The tour is hosted by tour guide Humagear Anna (Satomi Ookubo). Speaking of Daybreak Town, it was once a spot for Humagear research and experimentation. After conducting several projects including launching a satellite intended to control Humagear, that particular incident 12 years ago caused a massive accidental explosion. The scene of the accident carries a negative history.

Because of that incident, the town has now become a no-entry zone, and in the place of where the building once was is now a lake. Aruto’s heart is overwhelmed by the tranquil scenery, but when he arrives at the scene of a great explosion that happened 12 years ago, his facial expression hardens. Meanwhile, a boy on the tour has started getting mocked by his surrounding friends. Anna explains the incident to the students, who then mock Akira (Hinata Yamada) by saying it’s his dad’s fault for the explosion.

It seems that Akira’s father was in charge of operating the factory that had been in Daybreak Town. “It’s your dad’s fault the accident happened!” Aruto begins to worry about the words he’s heard.

It’s at this moment that the bus suddenly explodes. The bus driver Humagear transforms into a Magear and begins attacking the students.
