New art shows Godzilla and King Ghidorah in final installment of Godzilla anime film trilogy.
New key art has been made public featuring Godzilla facing off against King Ghidorah in promotion for the last in the trilogy of CG movies, Godzilla: The Planet Eater. The movie is reported as having the largest incarnations of the two monsters to ever be seen to date. The film will premiere as it closes out the Tokyo International Film Festival on November 3rd.
Additionally, the official website revealed two more actors have been added to the cast. Actors Saori Hayami and Kenichi Suzumura have been added in the roles of Haruka and Akira Sakaki, the parents of the protagonist, Haruo, voiced by Mamoru Miyano (voice of Ultraman Zero). Suzumura has voice numerous roles over the years, but is most well known to tokusatsu fans for his role as Ryuutaros in Kamen Rider Den-O.
The film is set to premiere nationwide in Japanese theaters on November 9th and is expected to hit Netflix for international audiences at a later date.
