Ultraman Geed’s Tatsuomi Hamada Joins Boys Over Flowers Season 2 Cast

Actor of Ultraman Geed fame and actress of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger (Beast Power Sentai Kyoryuger) fame joins the second season of Boys Over Flower television series.


The official website for the upcoming second season of the live-action series adaptation of Yoko Kamio’s Boys Over Flowers Season 2  announced five new cast members for the television series on February 18th, 2018.

The newly announced cast pictured below in the back row are as follows: Jin Suzuki (Ryohei Sagara from Reverse) as Issha Narumiya, Marie Iitoyo (Yayoi Ulshade/Kyoryu Violet from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger) as Megumi Nishidome, Tatsuomi Hamada (Riku Asakura/Ultraman Geed from Ultraman Geed) as Kaito Taira, Mio Imada (Riko from The Public Enemy) as Airi Mayu, and Keisuke Nakata (Tomioka from You Don’t Know Gunma Yet) as Sugimaru Eibi. Notably, while Marie Iitoyo’s character Megumi is a popular model who transfers to Eitoku Academy to get closer to Haruto, the rest of the announced cast are members of C5.

These newly announced cast members will be joining the previously announced main cast: Shō Hirano (Rin from Ui Love) as C5 leader Haruto Kaguragi, Hana Sugisaki (Rin Asano from Blade of the Immortal, Rukia Kuchiki from Bleach) as the protagonist Oto Edogawa, and Taishi Nakagawa (Hiroshi Tateno from Hell Teacher Nube) Oto’s fiancee Tenma Hase.

Boys Over Flowers Season 2 is set to air on TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System) in April 2018, on Wednesdays at 10:00 PM.
