Lupinranger vs Patranger Opening Previewed

Columbia Japan has released a short preview for the upcoming Sentai’s opening song.

Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger vs Keisatsu Sentai Patranger (Phantom Thief Sentai Lupinranger vs Police Sentai Patranger) will return to Sentai roots and be the first Sentai since the original Himitsu Sentai Goranger (Secret Sentai Goranger) to feature male and female vocalists on its opening theme song.

The song “Lupinranger vs Patranger” is actually a combination of two insert songs, “Lupinranger, Spin the Dials” performed by newcomer Tatsuhiko Yoshida, “Chase You Up! Patranger” is performed by Hitomi Yoshida, who is celebrating her 10th anniversary as a singer. While Hitomi Yoshida has previously performed themes for Toei anime such as Smile! Precure and Doki Doki! Precure, both artists are new to Sentai.

The CD single containing all three songs will be released on March 14th.
