Shout! Factory Holding The Ultraman 50th Anniversary Marathon

Shout! Factory TV joins the Ultra 50th celebration with an upcoming marathon.


The tokusatsu and sci-fi community is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Ultra Series all throughout 2016. Shout! Factory TV is joining the party with a marathon of Ultraman. On Sunday, July 31st, Shout! will stream episodes from the historic series on their website and on Pluto TV Channel 515.

The Ultraman marathon will be hosted by August Ragone, the author of Eiji Tsuburaya: Master of Monsters, a book about the Ultra Series’ creator.

Shout! announced the marathon during San Diego Comic-Con. At the time of this post, no announcements were made as to which episodes will be streamed.

    Hello,
    Thanks for posting this (of course). While we can’t tell you want episodes we’re running, at the moment, I can tell you that they are twelve episodes that I picked as my personal favorites. And I hope that everyone likes those that I have selected for the marathon, which we all worked very hard to bring you!

      Can u please tell me on any word that if maybe the Ultraman series will come to DVD like they’ve been doing with Super Sentai, August Ragone
