Previously, Kamen Rider Fourze‘s Ryo Yoshizawa (Ryusei Sakuta/Kamen Rider Meteor) was also cast in the film as Rody Soul. In World Heroes’ Mission, Rody will work with series stars Deku, Bakugou, and Todoroki to fight against Flect Turn and HUMANIZE, an organization whose goal is to eliminate people with Quirks.
Nakai provided his thoughts on his role in the below comment:
“I’m very excited to act for a globally popular production like My Hero Academia.
Flect, who I play, is a so-called hero who plots an act of terrorism under the belief that he will save people.
This is a story that is suitable for this present day of various conflicting values, and I’ll work hard to portray him as a realistic villain.”
My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission will release in Japanese theaters on August 6th.
