Ultraman Tiga Ultra Drone Guts Wing No.1 Announced

To commemorate the 25th Anniversary of Ultraman Tiga, Premium Bandai announced the release of the Ultra Drone Guts Wing No.1 from Ultraman Tiga. 

GUTS Wing No.1 is the first TPC fighter jet that was originally only for rescue operations but was modified and standardized equipped with weapons such as missile launchers and laser turrets, for the Heat Missiles and Needle Lasers respectively. It can also operate in outer space. The GUTS Wing No.1 was used to develop several variations. The jet itself is modeled after a squid.

This product is a drone toy of “Guts Wing No. 1” that appears in the Ultraman Tiga TV series. By operating the attached controller, you can fly the drone and play with it. Propellers are attached to four places on the main body of Guts Wing No. 1, enabling stable flight. Simply turn on the power switch of the main unit and controller and press the takeoff button to take off easily. Equipped with a sensor that detects atmospheric pressure, you can fly it while keeping the altitude constant. The speed can be selected from 3 levels: low speed, medium speed, and high speed. Also, when you press the somersault button on the controller, the main unit will somersault 360 °. This product is recommended to be used indoors only.

The set comes with: the Guts Wing No.1 drone, controller, USB charging cable, spare propeller, and an instruction manual. The Guts Wing No.1 measures a height of approx. 38 mm x width of approx. 90 mm x diameter of approx. 78 mm. The controller measures a height of approx. 68 mm x width of approx. 105 mm x diameter of approx. 44 mm. The spare propeller measures a height of approx. 27 mm x width of approx. 27 mm x diameter approx. 6 mm. The Guts Wing No.1 drone is made of ABS and PP. The controller is made of ABS. The USB charging cable is made of ABS, PVC, PBT, and PA. The spare propeller is made of ABS. The drone has a built-in battery made of rechargeable lithium-ion polymer (Li-ion). The built-in battery cannot be replaced. A computer is required to charge the main unit. Never charge the battery anywhere else except on a computer. The controller requires three AAA alkaline batteries (sold separately). Please use alkaline batteries or AAA rechargeable batteries for the controller. Never use manganese batteries. Manganese batteries may not operate normally because they have different battery capacities. This is a Premium Bandai web exclusive item.

The Ultraman Tiga Ultra Drone Guts Wing No.1 from Ultraman Tiga will go for 5,500 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in October 2021. Preorders are being accepted starting April 23, 2021, at 11:00 JST until June 20, 2021, at 23:00 JST.
