S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Ultraman Tiga Multi Type Figure Announced

Bandai Tamashii Nations announced their newest release in the S.H. Figuarts Ultra Heroes line, the S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Ultraman Tiga Multi Type figure from Ultraman Tiga. 

Ultraman Tiga Multi Type is Tiga’s default form, which has equal parts of strength and mobility. It is designed for melee combat despite his psychic abilities. The figure is released to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Ultraman Tiga TV series. It measures 150 mm tall and comes with the Zeperion Beam effect part, replacement Color Timer, and a set of interchangeable hands. The figure is made of PVC, ABS, and TPE. Just like previously released S.H. Figuarts Ultraman figures, it is made with the help of Tsuburaya’s official modeling team, LSS. The team scanned the body of suit actor Shunsuke Gondo, Ultraman Tiga’s original suit actor, to more accurately recreate his iconic poses and body figure. Bandai also posted a new video, which features Hiroshi Nagano (Daigo Madoka/Ultraman Tiga’s human host) admiring the new figure.

The S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Ultraman Tiga Multi Type figure from Ultraman Tiga will go for 6,600 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in July 2021. Preorders are being accepted starting March 8, 2021.
