THE Combined Super God Thunder Gridman TOKUSATSU EDITION Figures Announced

Good Smile Company announced their latest releases in the Gridman figure series, the THE Combined Super God Thunder Gridman and THE Combined Super God Thunder Gridman TOKUSATSU EDITION Non-scale Zinc Alloy & ABS Painted Movable figures from Denkou Choujin Gridman. 

From the tokusatsu drama, Denkou Choujin Gridman, comes a new completed robot toy. The Gridman the Hyper Agent THE Combined Super God Thunder Gridman Non-scale Zinc Alloy & ABS Painted Movable figure measures an overall height of about 22 cm (top height) when combined. It is a painted finished product. Each joint is movable. The figure uses alloy parts and includes a display pedestal. The joints are developed by “Senryoku”, which produces high-end mechanical models. Combining with the access code “GRIDMAN!”, Gridman, Thunder Jet, Twin Driller, and God Tank are three-dimensionalized and replicated to be just like in the TV series. The combination using the access code “GODZENON” can be replicated with three assist weapons into “God Zenon”.

“Super God Union!” Using the same sequence in the TV series, the combination of Gridman and three types of assist weapons into Thunder Gridman is replicated. It also comes with the Barrier Shield and Plasma Blade. By combining the two weapons, both form the Gridman Sword and the Thunder Ax. The complete set includes: Gridman, Thunder Jet, Twin Driller, God Tank, Brasma Blade, Barrier Shield, Thunder Ax, four types of Gridman Replacement Wrists, God Zenon Replacement Wrists, Thunder Gridman Replacement Wrists, Proportion Improvement Foot Parts, and a display pedestal. There are small parts. Never give to children under the target age as there is a risk of accidental ingestion and suffocation. The figure measures 15 cm x 15 cm x 22 cm.

As opposed to the above release, the Gridman the Hyper Agent THE Combined Super God Thunder Gridman TOKUSATSU EDITION Non-scale Zinc Alloy & ABS Painted Movable figure produces a huge robot feeling similar to the prop in the show with high-density details and a heavy painting expression that makes them stand out. In the regular version, all the parts are represented by stickers and are fully colored except for God Zenon’s chest graphic.

The THE Combined Super God Thunder Gridman from Denkou Choujin Gridman will go for 32,000 Yen (tax included) while the Gridman the Hyper Agent THE Combined Super God Thunder Gridman TOKUSATSU EDITION Non-scale Zinc Alloy & ABS Painted Movable figure will go for 45,000 Yen (tax included). Both are scheduled for release on August 31, 2021. Preorders are being accepted starting February 25, 2021 until April 6, 2021.
