Touma (Shuichiro Naito), a novelist and the owner of Fantastic Kamiyama Bookstore, awakens yet again from the same dream. He has had the same dream for 15 years. Wonder World is eroding away at the real world. The city is corroding. Kamen Riders fight there, and when he is unable to aid a girl asking for help, she’s rescued by a lone swordsman. A battle takes place between the lone swordsman and a monster. And the girl disappears. A childhood version of himself desperately reaches out his hand. Also now in his hand is a mysterious book.

He left a Wonder Ride Book in Touma’s hands. He holds this red book in his now adult hands. Why was he holding this? This mysterious dream doesn’t seem merely like a dream. He feels as though he has lost something of great importance. “I feel like I’ve forgotten something important. There’s something important I have to do.”

Ryota urges his editor Mei (Asuka Kawazu) to take charge of his manuscript, then heads into town to give Ryota (Rento Nishiyama) a book as a birthday present. Then, at that moment, the color of the sky changes and something weird happens, and Touma is dragged into this strange event. The world is about to change right in front of Touma. During this strange incident, Touma encounters a holy sword, and his fate begins to come alive.
