Ark is destroyed in a battle with Zero Two and Horobi, showing cooperation between humans and Humagear. However, the scars of war left behind by Ark have not disappeared. Horobi states that he believes, “Ark will return so long as humanity exists,” meaning he continues to vow that humans are the enemy that must be destroyed. Meanwhile, Zaia Enterprise Japan’s president Gai Amatsu names a “new president” from ZAIA’s country of origin to take over. His mission also includes taking care of Horobi. Finally, Horobi is about to begin leading the Humagear in a full-scale battle against the Humans.

Horobi (Syuya Sunagawa) shouts out about humanity’s destruction and transforms into a mysterious Kamen Rider. When Aruto (Fumiya Takahashi) is defeated, Azu (Noa Tsurushima) appears before Izu (also played by Noa Tsurushima) and eerily announces the return of Ark.

Izu wakes up while in the process of recharging, having suffered greatly from her nightmare. Horobi’s voice can be heard in her hears, calling upon all Humagear to rise up and fight to destroy the humans. Aruto is suspicious of Izu who has been upset by her nightmares and has no idea what has been communicated to her.

Izu tries to understand Aruto, and she goes alone to attempt to persuade Horobi.
