After entrusting Izu with his dreams, Aruto is finally able to create Kamen Rider Zero Two. Zero Two outwits Ark’s predictions. Aruto (Fumiya Takahashi), who defeated Ark Zero using Kamen Rider Zero Two, is collecting Humagears at the destroyed HIDEN factory. He once again aims to build a world where humans and Humagear can coexist, including the members of metsuboujinrai.net. However, Ark continues living as a satellite, and so long as the satellite exists, Ark will continue to revive. Meanwhile, he changes his plans to “Aim for Hiden Aruto,” and Ark begins hacking citywide functions. Through his anger he begins to destroy buildings and disrupt other man-made infrastructures. Finally, the direct destruction of mankind begins. While this incident of great damage in various places is happening, Aruto sends Izu (Noa Tsurushima) to HIDEN Intelligence to make a request to Gai (Nachi Sakuragi). Do we really know what the Kamen Riders, including Aruto Hiden, will decide to do?
