Premium Bandai provides details on the RideWatch associated with the Kamen Rider Zi-O V-Cinext special.

DX GeizMajesty RideWatch

This DX RideWatch will be included with DVD and Blu-ray releases of Kamen Rider Zi-O NEXT TIME: Geiz, Majesty, which will see release in April 2020. The RideWatch takes a cue from the GrandZi-O RideWatch in terms of design and sounds. Included are 8 lines of dialogue which are pulled from the TV show and V-Cinext special.
