Kamen Rider Girls Celebrate 7th Anniversary
Kamen Rider Girls will be holding a celebratory event to commemorate the group’s 7th year supporting the Kamen Rider franchise.
The 7th Anniversary event will take place at 7:00 p.m. on April 20th at the LOFT in Shinjuku, Japan. All four current members are set to appear and perform live.
Forming in 2011 under Avex for Kamen Rider’s 40th anniversary, the Kamen Rider Girls (often abbreviated as KRGS) made their first onscreen debut in the summer movie for Kamen Rider OOO. Since then, the group has made various cameos in Kamen Rider films, produced multiple themes for the franchise as well as original new music, and interacted with fans through live performances. Standing now as Chisato Akita, Hitomi Isaka, Tomomi Sumi Jiena, and Ayako Kuroda, the Kamen Rider Girls’s most recent album is titled Invincible, and have since released the theme “Proud of You” for Kamen Rider Climax Fighters.
The KRGS Fanclub site, “The Heart’s Hideout” is now officially open for fans worldwide to sign up and create their own accounts. The site currently is selling jerseys in each current members’ respective colors as well as penlights that are normally given out in live performances.
