With their transformations cancelled out by the attacks from Kamen Rider Rogue, Remocon Bro’s, and Engine Bro’s, our heroes Sento (Atsuhiro Inukai), Ryuga (Eiji Akaso), and Kazumi (Kouhei Takeda) are in quite the predicament. It’s here that the expressionless Misora ( Kaho Takada) appears with her eyes lit up the color of green, and with her palm facing Rogue and the others she demonstrates an unbelievable power. What is this power she has that saves Sento an his team?
Is there a Seito spy in Touto? Sento and his team get information from Isurugi (Yasuyuki Maekawa) about a spy causing more tension, as they also begin to investigate the reason for Misora’s mysterious powers.
Sento’s team catches Remocon Bro’s and Engine Bro’s in a trap, and they also discover the identity of the spy. However, Gentoku (Kensei Mikami) is alone, and he goes to the place where Pandora’s Box is really hidden. Just one person alone, Akaba (Eishin), will stand before Gentoku as he transforms into Kamen Rider Rogue to protect Pandora’s Box.
