The Ministry of Public Health arrests Kuroto (Tetsuya Iwanaga) on suspicion of spreading the Bugster Virus, who then has his own outbreak of Game Disease. Kuroto is transferred to the CR by Emu (Hiroki Iijima) and Hiiro (Toshiki Seto), showing disappointment that, “My plan is already collapsing.” He begins to tell them the truth behind his motives as to creating the Bugster Virus. Emu hears the terrible truth and…!
Meanwhile, Hiiro looks over Kiriya’s (Hayato Onozuka) personal effects at the Medical Examiners Office, and he discovers some astonishing data on Kiriya’s laptop. What’s the data that earned Hiiro’s admiration, saying, “Medical Examiner… you were a great man”!?
