New Inuyasha Stage Play Visuals Showcase Kamen Rider Ghosts’s, Ryo Kimura as Naraku
The new Inuyasha stage play reveals new character visuals, including one for Naraku, played by Ryo Kimura (Argos/Kamen Rider Dark Ghost from Kamen Rider Ghost).
The official website for the new Inuyasha stage play revealed new character visuals for Sesshōmaru (portrayed by Hiroki Sana), Miroku (portrayed by Yukihiro Takiguchi), Kaede (portrayed by Kaoru Noguchi), and Naraku, who is portrayed by Ryo Kimura who also portrayed Argos/Kamen Rider Dark Ghost from Kamen Rider Ghost.
The stage play will run from Thursday, April 6th, 2017, to Saturday, April 15th, 2017 at the Galaxy Theater in Tokyo, Japan. Purchases for tickets will start on Saturday, March 17th, 2017.
Additionally, the play will hold a live viewing event at 60 theaters in Japan for its final performance on April 15th, 2017. Purchases for advance tickets will go on sale on April 8th, 2017.
Golden Bomber group member, Yutaka Kyan who previously performed in the Fushigi Yûgi stage play, will be the titular Inuyasha. Nogizaka46 members Yumi Wakatsuki and Junna Itō will play Kagome Higurashi and Kikyo respectively.
Additional cast members include, Kenichi Kobayashi as Oshō, Tatsuya Ogasawara, Masachika Yuasa, Kenji Uraie, Toshiki Tanabe, Yūsuke Asakura, Hayato Iwakura, Shōya Kamikubo, Kento Kimura, Kayo Kaneko, and Reika Ishii.
Lastly, Isamu Kayano (Touken Ranbu, Macross: The Musicalture, Saint Seiya) is directing the play, with actor/voice actor Takeshi Matsumura writing the script.
