Kamen Rider and Sentai Heroes Meet with Japanese Internal Affairs and Communications Minister


Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Kyuranger’s Shishi Red, and Poppy Pipopapo met with Sanae Takaichi, Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications to tag team with “Heroes to Protect the Region!”


On March 17th Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, eponymous Rider of the Kamen Rider Ex-Aid series, Shishi Red, Red Warrior and leader of Uchu Sentai Kyuranger, and Poppy Pipopapo (portrayed by Ruka Matsuda) lead heroine of the Ex-Aid series, partnered up with Sanae Takaichi, the Japanese Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications as well as the Disaster Management Agency.

The four were meeting on behalf of disaster prevention.  The three heroes appear on a recruiting poster for the Boy’s Fire Fighting Club. With poster in hand Matsuda says, “The Boys’ Fire Fighting Club is asking for strong children to join together to practice disaster prevention. You always see us appear to fight, but if you’re longing to be a hero, then everyone definitely join the Boys’ Fire Fighting Club,” along with PR for the upcoming movie.

Kamen Rider Ex-Aid’s and Uchu Sentai Kyuranger’s collaboration movie, Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Chou Super Hero Taisen opens next week on March 25th in Japan.
