Uchuu Sentai Kyuuranger, 41st Super Sentai Series, Copyright Registered

On 9/13 Japan standard time, a copyright registry for “Uchuu Sentai Kyuuranger” was registered.

This registry was completed using the Japanese copyright registration identifier traditionally used by Toei Productions, and its registry in early September is consistent with previous Super Sentai registry dates.

Actual series details are unavailable at this time, but as fans of Kamen Rider Fourze certainly will recall, “uchuu” is Japanese for “space”, suggesting an interstellar theme. Considering the recent announcement of Space Squad, which will feature Dekaranger and the Space Sheriffs, this presents a great deal of crossover potential.

Fans on Twitter have begun referring to the show as “Qranger”, though whether or not this will be the actual stylization of the title is unknown.
