Bryan Cranston makes his return to Power Rangers as Zordon in the upcoming film.
The prolific Emmy Award-winning actor known for his starring roles in Breaking Bad and Trumbo just announced his latest role, that of the mentor of the eponymous teenagers with attitude in 2017’s Power Rangers. Cranston announced his casting on Twitter

This is not Cranston’s first toku rodeo. He recently co-starred in Gareth Edward’s Godzilla and played two monsters in the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Cranston joins Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa, Dacre Montgomery as Jason, RJ Cyler as Billy, Naomi Scott as Kimberly, Becky G as Trini, and Ludi Lin as Zack. The film is directed by Project Almanac’s Dean Isrealite.
