MMPR Pink Ranger to Star in Solo Comic

The first Pink Power Ranger is getting her own comic book miniseries.

BOOM! Studios’ new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic has already proven a hit with fans and retailers. In addition to the main title, today BOOM! announced that they are releasing a six-issue series focusing on Kimberly Hart, the Pink Ranger.

The series, titled Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink will be written by Brenden Fletcher (Batgirl, Gotham Academy) and Kelly Thompson (Jem and the Holograms). The art will be handled by Daniele Di Nicuolo (Mirror’s Edge: Exordium).

The miniseries will begin in May.
