New Ultraman Series to Premiere in July

A new Ultraman series will air later this year, according to a statement released by FIELDS, a corporation which owns a stake in Tsuburaya Productions.
The statement released by FIELDS remarks on the airing of Ultraman X, which recently concluded, and also mentioned the show reaching over 400 million overseas viewers, accomplished by the release of episodes on YouTube and Crunchyroll.
The latest film in the franchise, based on 2015’s Ultraman X, entitled Ultraman X: Here He Comes! Our Ultraman, will be released in theaters in Japan on March 12th, 2016 and will be directed by the TV series’ head director, Kiyotaka Taguchi.
No further details were revealed about the new series beyond its July 2016 start date.

I think it’s great that they acknowledge the Crunchyroll views and hopefully this new series will also air on Crunchyroll.

toei needs to learn from this and try something simular to what tsuburya has done with ultraman x for there kamen rider franchise and to a lesser extent there sentai franchise
