The apparent sounds of a machine gun in a supposedly abandoned school, about to be remodelled, catch the attention of Takeru and he decides to investigate. The Rider that stole the Nobunaga Eyecon appears again and attacks Ghost, his name is Kamen Rider Spectre.

“Can you give up your own life for another person?”

Takeruis at a loss for words when he hears this.
