A few days have passed since the Roidmudes were eliminated and Mr. Belt left Shinnosuke. Peaceful days were back. Shinnosuke comes back one last time to the Special Unit to pick up his things while already investigating a new case involving Neo Shade, the anti-government organization that he and Hayase were investigating when the First Global Freeze occurred.
Apparently, they were on the move again. He had already discovered a link between the Roidmudes and Neo Shade about a month ago, but what could be their intentions now that the Roidmudes are no more? The answer lies on the strange artifacts that were stolen this time, which are, apparently, called “Eyecons”…
