Jun Shison and Marie Itoyo Cast in TV Special “Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day”

Jun Shison, Right/TOQ1 from Ressha Sentai ToQger and Marie Itoyo, Yayoi/KyoryuViolet from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger have been cast in a live-action television special, Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day. 

The special is based off the 2011 anime in which childhood friends trying to reconnect after a tragedy years earlier. Years later, there was both a manga and an anime film sequel.

Shison will play Atsumi “Yukiatsu” Matsuyuki and Itoyo will play Chiriko “Tsuruko” Tsurumi.

The special will air on September 21 from 9-11:18 pm.
