Nira put the Special Investigations Unit in siege to lure Shinnosuke into a trap. He intends, after framing Shinnosuke for the whole incident, to kill him and make it appear as if it was self defense. Nira has the gun that killed Shinnosuke’s father in hand. Shinnosuke is unable to make his move within such a sneaky strategy.
Meanwhile, Heart appears before Gou to recover the tablet in which the consciousness of Banno is contained, ovepowering him. Chase, who couldn’t keep up with the power of the super-evolved Brain, is also in a pinch. He tries to save the girl that fell prey to Brain’s poison, but Mad Doctor cannot cure her! Will the three Riders be able to overcome the “Envy Wall” that Nira and Brain have created?
