Drive has been killed by a Super Evolved Roidmude 001. The Special Cases Unit is unable to cope with this. Now that the Kamen Rider is gone, the Unit will disband.
Meanwhile, Chase starts his move to recover Gou. That is because the only hope that the now completely dispirited Kiriko has is the return of her brother. Chase faces the pumped-up Roidmude hordes and the antidote he was carrying gets destroyed. Gou, transformed into Mach, makes his move. However, it was not the one everyone was expecting.
