A string of bank robberies have taken place. Specific banks were attacked but at the moment, there is no evidence of Roidmude involvement. However, the last incident was different. One of the criminals fused with a Roidmude. Shinnosuke is given the order and confronts the Roidmude. However, saving a young girl at the scene gives the Roidmude a chance and it escapes.

Then, an astounding revelation is made at the following briefing. Negishi, the criminal who fused with the Roidmude, is none other than the murderer of Shinnosuke’s father, Eisuke Tomari. Shinnosuke literally shakes with fury but Division Chief Nira won’t let him participate in the investigation.

But, that is not all. Gou has appeared before him and he seems to be working with the Roidmudes now?!
