Episode 27: What is the reason Gou Shijima fights

Chase has become Kamen Rider Chaser, making it three Kamen Riders in total. However, Gou refuses to accept him because “he is still a Roidmude”. This also puts a strain on his relationship with his older sister, Kiriko. It is in the midst of this trouble that Gou is approached by a little girl who claims a monster took his brother.
A newly developed residential area is the scene to a case of a large group of people losing consciousness at the same time. Shinnosuke, along with the First Investigation Unit (including the ever venomous Nira), starts looking into the matter and is introduced to an advisor of the First Unit. This man, who goes by the name of Noumi, is none other than the executive Roidmude, Brain.
Shinnosuke is speechless. The possibility of the Roidmudes being deeply tied with the high levels of the Police department has become more likely. He immediately confronts “Noumi”, which costs him a disciplinary suspension, issued by Nira, and is now banned from the investigation.
