A billing fraud group has been attacked. Heavy acceleration particles were detected at the premises, so the culprit is likely a Roidmude. Turns out this Roidmude calls himself “Judge” and attacks only evildoers. So, is he a righteous Roidmude..? Shinnosuke and Kiriko wonder, but Gou is suspicious of the webmaster of an underground revenge services website.

Meanwhile, Sakota declares he’ll solve the case. He seems to be more determined than usual. Sakota visits his retired partner, Tachibana. Turns out there was a case that Tachibana, while still active, worked on with Sakota and the suspect also called themselves “Judge”. Is he back after 5 years?
