Hisazaka, coworker of news reporter and suspect of the building collapse case Takasugi, has vanished. Shinnosuke, along with Kiriko, head to the newspaper agency along with Takasugi.

After finding out of Hisazaka’s brilliant performance within the agency, Shinnosuke realizes the intentions behind Takasugi, who claims to seek a Kamen Rider scoop. What are his intentions?
