Shout Factory Reveals Zyuranger Cover Art
The official cover art for Shout! Factory’s upcoming Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger DVD set has been unveiled.
Disclosed via social media, the cover confirms that the Zyuranger set will be officially branded as Super Sentai: Zyuranger for its release. This will not extend to the subtitles for the actual series itself which still carries the Dinosaur Sentai name. According to the Twitter of Shout! Factory’s DVD/Blu-Ray Director Brian Ward, the set’s branding was done for better recognition with US fans.
In addition to this, when answering questions, Ward mentioned that Shout! Factory would likely release Dairanger next if Zyuranger is successful.

Love that Sentai is coming to America! But dang, that’s some ugly box art.

Yeah, i dont know why the were not able to use the “super Sentai” branding with the V-symbol and but i guess box art sort of relates to the show’s style in graphics at the time….but i would have done something more creative… I”m a graphic designer, But i’ll assume there were only given access to limited Key art…
