Kamen Rider Kabuto Blu-Ray Box 3 Release Date Confirmed

The date for the third of the previously announced Kamen Rider Kabuto Blu-Ray Box sets has been posted on Amazon Japan. 

Box 3 has been confirmed for a May 15th, 2015 release. The set will cover episodes 33-49 which include the series’ climactic final episodes, and will come with a 16-page booklet and cast interviews.

Created for the 35th anniversary of the Kamen Rider Series, Kamen Rider Kabuto was first broadcast in 2006. The series starred Hiro Mizushima (Gokusen, Zettai Kareshi) as Souji Tendo, the self-proclaimed “Man Who Walks The Path of Heaven” as he faces off against the hordes of Worm monsters and the mysterious ZECT organization which has their own secret agenda.

Kabuto would be one of the last Rider series with Toei veteran Toshiki Inoue (Jetman, Kamen Rider Agito) writing alongside Shoji Yonemura (Kamen Rider Decade, Smile Precure).

The Kamen Rider Kabuto Blu-Ray boxes will start being released in Japan on January 9th, 2015, with Set 2 slated for March 13th, 2015, and now Box 3 on May 15th, 2015.
