Following the Blu-Ray sets of W and Faiz, Kamen Rider Ryuki is now slated to have a remastered release across three box sets.

Broadcast from 2002-2003, Kamen Rider Ryuki was the third entry for the then-newly born Heisei Rider Series. Directed by Ryuta Tasaki (Gaim, Akibaranger, Power Rangers), and written by Yasuko Kobayashi (Shinkenger, Kamen Rider OOO, Attack on Titan), it’s one of the first shows to focus largely on Rider vs Rider conflict. Kamen Rider Gaim scribe Gen Urobuchi has called it one of his favorite entries.

The listings for all three sets appeared on the online shopping site, Rakuten Books, where they are all currently available for pre-order.

Set 1 will have Episodes 1-17, Set 2 with Episodes 18-34, and Set 3 will house Episodes 35-50. Set 3 will also contain the TV special, Kamen Rider Ryuki: 13 Riders which infamously had viewers vote for the ending during its original broadcast. The set will have both the winning televised ending and the unaired alternate ending.

For the time being, the full range of special features has yet to be announced. It’s only been confirmed that each set will contain booklets and will not include the Ryuki movie, Episode FINAL, as it was released separately on Blu-Ray in 2009. However, it is more than likely that, similar to the Faiz and W sets, the Ryuki set will have its Super Battle Video special, the rarely seen Ryuki VS Agito.

The first of the three Ryuki Blu-Ray Boxes is set to come out July 11th. Set 2 is slated for September 12th, with Set 3 coming November 7th.
