Because of Cronus’ use of the Gemdeus Virus, everyone goes into a relapse of their Game Disease. The hospital falls into yet another panic. It’s here that Masamune (Hiroyuki Takami) appears and transforms into Gemdeus Cronus. Emu (Hiroki Iijima) and the others also transform to fight against him, but they are no match for his overwhelming power.

However, Gemdeus Chronus is the true final boss, and the only one who holds the right to challenge him is the Ride Player who possesses all of the Gashatrophies, Nico (Reina Kurosaki). Gemdeus Chronus aims to overthrow Nico, and to return Rider Chronicle to the beginning.

Is a challenge between Gemdeus Chronus and Nico imminent? And what about Emu, Hiiro (Toshiki Seto), and Taiga (Ukyou Matsumoto) who all want to save Nico?
