Kamen Rider and Super Sentai Heroes Come to Shinjuku
13 heroes from Chou Super Hero Taisen arrive in Shinjuku for the Yotsuya Fire Department Safety and Security Fair.
On March 19th in Tokyo, the Yotsuya Fire Department Safety and Security Fair event at Shinjuku collaborated with Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Chou Super Hero Taisen. The event is to appeal the efforts of safety and security in the area by the Yotsuya Fire Department.
Kamen Rider Ex-Aid principal cast members Hiroki Ijima and Toshiki Seto participated in character as Emu Hojo/Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Hiiro Kagami/Kamen Rider Brave, aswell as 11 heroes that appear in the film. Many of those 11 heroes appear in their upgrade forms; Kamen Rider Agito Burning Form, Kamen Rider Ryuki Survive, Kamen Rider Ghost Mugen Damashii, Momotaros, Kamen Rider Drive Type Tridoron, Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form, AkaNinger Chouzetsu, Hyper ToQ #1, KyoryuRed Carnival, Red Buster Powered Custom, and GokaiRed.
At the opening event, Ijima remarks, “Our movie will be supporting the Tokyo fire station’s Fire Fighters Boy Scouts! This collaboration realized because as we both have the same aim of saving people’s lives. I hope everyone who watched heroes fight are inspired from it to join the Fire Fighters Boy Scouts too.”
Seto also comments, “Not just the heroes from Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kyuranger who are seen on the Sunday mornings, the heroes from the previous years appear in this movie to create teams to level up, showing a new sensation of action!”
After the actors’ comments, the heroes participated in the parade. While walking along the street they interacted freely with fans, taking pictures, and shaking their hands.
Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Chou Super Hero Taisen opens this week in Japan on March 25, 2017.
