Power Rangers 2017 Character Posters Released for SDCC

New character posters for the upcoming Power Rangers  film come out in anticipation of San Diego Comic-Con.

Dean Isrealite’s Power Rangers is currently filming as it heads towards its 2017 release. The film enlists the talents of heavy hitters Elizabeth Banks and Bryan Cranston, as well as the up-and-coming young actors playing the titular Rangers.

The latter are the subject of new character posters released by the film’s marketing campaign for next week’s SDCC. Each Ranger gets their own poster featuring the franchise’s iconic thunderbolt over their face and their name down the side.

The posters confirm that the film will star new versions of the original five Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cast. Dacre Montgomery is playing Jason, RJ Cyler is Billy, Naomi Scott is Kimberly, Becky G is Trini, and Ludi Lin is Zack.
