Winspector Walter S.H. Figuarts Unveiled

Winspector‘s no-nonsense support droid Walter is now available for pre-order on Premium Bandai.

The final member of the three-man Winspector team, the high-flying, no-nonsense support droid Walter, is being prepared for an August release, closely following the June release of Bikel.

Walter is molded in his signature green color and like the other Winspector figures, has a movable visor. He includes five left and five right replacement hands, his signature DiSlider flight pack, a Daytrick M-2 sidearm, and two oil cans, so that you can recreate the well-known scene of the two droids relaxing from the Winspector end credits!

Winspector is the first entry in the Rescue Police trilogy of Metal Hero shows which also includes Solbrain and Exceedraft. The story is unique among tokusatsu series for being episodic rather than having an overarching plot and having no main villain.

Fans of the series praise it for depicting courageous police officers determined to risk their lives using high-tech equipment to rescue people in catastrophic situations and prevent crimes rather than focusing on fighting enemies.

A Tamashii Web Exclusive, pre-orders begin February 25, 2016 (JST), with a suggested retail price of 7,020 yen. Figures ship in August, 2016.
