Actor Yukijiro Hotaru Will Appear at 2015 G-Fest

The G-Fest official Twitter account announced that actor Yukijiro Hotaru will make an appearance at this year’s G-Fest. 

Hotaru is perhaps best known for the role of Gonza in the GARO franchise. He has also starred in all three films in the Heisei Gamera trilogy, and has appeared in other projects by GARO creator Keita Amemiya such as Zeiram and Mechanical Violater Hakaider.

Hotaru joins this year’s guest of honor, Millennium Series Godzilla director Masaaki Tezuka, as well as actor Robert Scott Field (Godzilla VS King Ghidorah), historian August Ragone, and editor J.D. Lees.

G-Fest XXII will be held at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare in Chicago, IL from July 9-12th. Registration for the event is currently open.
