TV Asahi to Air Preempted ToQger Episode at Later Date

TV Asahi apologizes for the last minute preemption of Ressha Sentai ToQger‘s penultimate episode.

TV Asahi updated their Ressha Sentai ToQger website today and apologized to viewers with the following message:

We apologize due to unforeseen program revisions, Ressha Sentai ToQGer has been cancelled. Today’s episode of Ressha Sentai ToQGer is set to air on a later date.

The preemption of the show’s 46th episode was announced less than a half hour before it was set to begin. Toei’s ToQger website updated with a summary of episode 46 and a preview for episode 47, the final episode of the series.

In place of the episode, TV Asahi aired news coverage following major developments in the case of kidnapped Japanese journalist, Kenji Gotou.
