Kamen Rider Baron Spin-off Story

Katsushi Ota, an editor for Kodansha, one of the biggest publishing companies in Japan, reveals that the Kamen Rider Gaim: The Guide book will feature a short story spin-off about Kaito Kumon.

The story will be about Kaito’s life as a high school student and how he grows into the Kaito in the show. It will be written by the light novel author, Mitsunori Enami (Magician Skunk Series), famous for his melancholic tones. Kamen Rider Gaim’s head writer, Gen Urobuchi will be supervising the official project.

Kamen Rider Gaim: The Guide doesn’t have a release date yet, but it’s slated for a late February release.
