Actor Hidekazu Chinen was officially announced as the lead character Shouma in the upcoming series Kamen Rider Gavv. The actor made his official pre-series debut in the Kamen Rider Gotchard: The Future Daybreak summer movie in Japan on July 26, 2024, and an official announcement was made by the official Kamen Rider Gavv social media account on the same day.

Kamen Rider Gavv is set to premiere in September 2024, following the conclusion of Kamen Rider Gotchard. Kamen Rider Gotchard: The Future Daybreak is currently playing in theaters in Japan.
