Shurikenger Voice Actor Taiki Matsuno Passes Away

Voice actor Taiki Matsuno has passed away at the age of 56.

Taiki Matsuno, the voice actor behind Shurikenger in Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger,  passed away at the age of 56 on June 26, 2024.

Matsuno was known for his voice roles across  various animation projects, such as Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Digimon Savers, One Piece, Inuyasha, and providing the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants in the Japanese dub of the series of the same name. Matsuno also provided the voice of various monsters in both the Super Sentai and Kamen Rider franchises.
