Premium Bandai Announces Doron Changer 30th ANNIVERSARY EDITION

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Kakuranger, Premium Bandai announced the release of the Doron Changer 30th ANNIVERSARY EDITION from Ninja Sentai Kakuranger.

“Super Henge, Doron Changer!”

The Doron Changer is the Kakurangers’ transformation and communication devices, modeled after a Inrō. Given to them by the spirits of their ancestors, the Kakurangers transform with the command “Super Henge, Doron Changer”.

To celebrate this 30th anniversary, Premium Bandai is releasing a version of the Doron Changer with special 30th anniversary specifications.

­The set includes the Doron Changer body and 5 types of die-cast medals. The medals can be replaced on the main body of the Doron Changer and the LED lights light up the way the DX toy was lit in 1994.

In addition, to commemorate the 30th anniversary, newly recorded transformation voices and transformation lines of the five Kakuranger cast members, namely, Teruaki Ogawa (NinjaRed Sasuke), Satomi Hirose (NinjaWhite Tsuruhime), Shu Kawai (NinjaYellow Seikai), Hiroshi Tsuchida (NinjaBlue Saizou), and Kane Kosugi (NinjaBlack Jiraiya). There is a line playback mode where users can enjoy the lines of the five characters, as well as the opening song “Secret Kakuranger” (TV size) and the ending song “Ninja! Matenrou Kids” (TV size).

As a bonus, some lines from the movie “Ninja Sentai Kakuranger Part 3: Middle-Aged Struggles“, which has been decided to be distributed by Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club, are also included. The Doron Changer 30th ANNIVERSARY EDITION set from Ninja Sentai Kakuranger will go for 11,000 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in February 2025. Preorders are being accepted starting May 11, 2024, at 20:00 JST until August 30, 2024, at 23:00 JST.
